A stunning newly refurbished three bedroom apartment on the first floor of a beautiful building next to Harbour Heights. Close to Sandbanks Beach and local amenties, the property benefits from a large balcony terrace with glimpses of Poole Harbour.
The apartment is laid out in 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin with the added options of a sofa bed and a zed- bed. The large master bedroom has an enclosed balcony with wicker furniture and glimpses of Poole Harbour. Bedroom 2 is a twin overlooking the balcony and number three is a cosier twin. Two bathrooms feature one with a shower and the other with a bath/shower. The large 60 square metre balcony is laid out with all types of patio furniture and a permanent BBQ, and has the benefit of all day sunshine on good days.
A secure garage contains a tumble dryer and is available for bike/board storage.
There is free wi-fi in the flat and SkyHD television in two rooms along with Freeview in another.
All linen and towels are included in the price. The minimum stay is five days but in the High Season (July and August) all bookings need to be 7days, usually changing over on a Friday.
Guests have access to the whole apartment which is on the first floor accessed via a central communal staircase. There is parking in front of the garage for one car and free parking on the street outside for further cars.
When possible the owner will greet the guest on arrival and will be pleased to spend some time passing on information about the local area. There is a full information pack always available for guests to use to find out about local amentities.
All the facilities of Sandbanks beach and Poole Harbour are a few minutes walk away. There are many restaurants and bars available locally both around the beach and harbour and in nearby Canford Cliffs. The area is particularly suited to watersports and to cycle and triathlon training. We are very happy to advise on activities or planning of trips as we stay regularly for sporting holidays.
There is one parking space allocated to the flat in front of the garage. Free parking is available on the street outside. Buses run regularly to Swanage, Poole and Bournemouth from nearby bus stops. The nearest rail station is at Bournemouth. Taxis are always available throughout the area an we will be pleased to recommend a company on request.
We found the rental at Harbor Court to be very conveniently located. A brand new Tesco is located just a few blocks away within easy walking distance. If you're without a car you can catch buses to Poole or Bournemouth or Swanage within two blocks. The apartment has a HUGE balcony which is very unusual for the area. We took nightly walks though the quiet streets and almost always saw foxes slipping off into the hedges as we approached. Chris was very accommodating and easy to work with usually answering our emails within a matter of minutes. Great Airbud rental.

The sandbanks apartment was exactly as described, we stayed for a month and were really sad to leave. The terrace is fantastic, we enjoyed a few bbq's out there on sunny evenings and the kitchen was fully equipped which is unusual for a holiday home!
Our host Chris was really friendly and helpful, even leaving us a bottle of wine as a welcome, and we had no problems during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at Harbour Court.
