Great location! Very clean. The keyless entry made our group visit so easy for anyone to come and go. Forgot to pack a few basic essentials that I would have loved access to like a blow dryer, iron, etc. Stacey was very easy to reach and communicated a response quickly. I would stay here again.
The location of the unit can't be beat; we walked almost everywhere. Note, though, that with that location comes some street noise. There was also some late-night partying in a neighbouring unit which got a little noisy. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Note that there is no elevator so you have to climb two flights of stairs to access the unit. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The wifi signal in the unit is not very strong.
The apartment is awesome. The place is spacious and very comfortable. It was spotless when we arrived. The location could not be better, it was located in walking distance from all of the major sites and activities. Thanks for everything.
My coworkers and I stayed at Stacey's place for a conference plus an extra vacation day in Austin. It's the perfect location and we had a great stay. Stacey was very responsive the couple times we needed anything - I'd definitely stay here again next time I come to Austin!
The condo was very cute, clean, and well cared for. I had visited friends who stayed in other units at the Railyard, so I knew what to expect. I didn't have any problems, but my friends who slept downstairs did have some issues with noise from the neighbors late one night. We were also disappointed that the TV in the living room only had about 5 cable channels, and the TVs in the bedrooms didn't get any cable channels at all. (We weren't in the condo much, so I didn't bother asking Stacey about it -- so I'm not sure if it's just the way it is or if there was a problem with the cable.) The spiral staircase (while obviously fully visible in the photos!) was fine, but really only suitable for the more "adventurous" in our group (it gave one of my friends serious vertigo), and was a bit of a pain to go up and down for those of us staying upstairs. So take that into consideration if you are planning to use the upstairs bedroom! Overall a great location and great condo.
Stacey was a great hostess! The condo was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. My friends and I loved the location of the condo. It was very central to getting to great restaurants and 6th St. We Ubered to a couple of places that were a little further of a walk but its location is a good area of downtown Austin. I would definitely visit Austin again and stay in Stacey's condo.

About the Host, Stacey
I'm a very proud native Austinite (3rd generation) I love taking advantage of all the great things Austin has to offer from the numerous outdoor activities, music venues/events, to shopping and eating at all fabulous local shops and restaurants.
I’ve lived in the Bay area San Jose/ Morgan Hill CA, including Las Vegas NV - But always find my way back to my beloved hometown, ATX.
I love to travel, explore different places all over the world and experience the various ways of living from different cultures by getting to know the locals and staying in the heart of where they live, eat, play and relax.
Real estate has always been my passion, In 1999 I began my career in Las Vegas, NV. Then moved back to ATX in 2005 where I’ve continued my profession. I joined National Agent Network as the office manager in 2010 where I became very active in the management, screening and booking process for our Vacation and Corporate properties managed by (website hidden). It seems to be a perfect fit for me as I see myself later on in my ‘golden years’ owning and running my own Bed & Breakfast.
