Modern but classic condo right in the heart of the city. Includes 1 off-street parking space!
* Corporate/executive rentals and long-term stays welcome! *
Gorgeous top-floor apartment in historical building (with elevator). Right on street car line, nestled between the Pearl District and NW 23rd area (Nob Hill/Alphabet), two of the most desirable areas in Portland. You'll be right in the middle of town, but in a peaceful setting.
Normally rented as a corporate apartment, so it's perfectly outfitted for visiting vacationers and corporate execs alike!
1 bedroom (Queen bed) / 1 bathroom, luxurious furniture and style throughout.
Includes a fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom, master bedroom with a balcony.
Near many fine restaurants and shopping.
Includes LCD TV with cable and DVD.
Like most places in Portland, there is heat but NO A/C. It doesn't often get too hot, but if you're renting in the summer we do get some warm days. The condo has some large fans you can use.
Excellent public transportation. We're right on the (silent) streetcar, so you can hop downtown anytime you like!
Laundry room on ground level of building offers multiple machines with convenient pay-by-card option.
Infant-friendly (Pack-n-Play available), but not great for small children (low windows, balcony, etc).
Dedicated parking available in attached lot (included in price).
The Portland streetcar is right across the street - you really can't get more central than that!
We are lucky enough to be on the top floor of this gorgeous historic condo building, so we enjoy lots of peace and quiet.
We can't accept pets, sorry!
We still have to be mindful of those around and underfoot, so I ask that you please remove shoes when indoors and keep TV volume to a reasonable level.
Additionally, we don't allow smoking anywhere in the building.
Please make sure to bring keys with you so you don't lock yourself out.
All I ask is that you treat my beloved home with respect, and I'm sure everything will go smoothly!
Lovely apartment situated just 3 blocks to the Pearl and the same distance to the 21st/23rd Av shopping and restaurant district in the other direction. The apartment had everything we needed so we didn't actually meet Rebecca. I did email her before arrival and after leaving, and she responded cordially and quickly. Streetcar stop is across the street and the parking is next to the building. All super convenient, it's a great place to stay in Portland.
The neighborhood is wonderful. Tons of coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and the like are within a mile - all walkable. We also used bikes while we were there (3 months), and there is a bike room on the first floor, which was convenient. Rebecca was responsive to our needs, although we didn't end up really needing anything from her. The apartment was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description online. It's fine for 2 people, cramped for more (visitors). The kitchen was passable, although a bit cramped for 2 people. Big bathroom and good size bedroom.
There is some noise from the streetcar, which stops across the street. We got used to it (they run every 20 minutes or so), and it stops around 11:30 p.m. This is also convenient, of course, for catching the streetcar downtown. Good wifi and dish tv, although no dvr system we could find.
We had a very happy 3 month experience, and locals who saw the place were suitably impressed. Very safe building, with lots of professionals and some very nice people.
Nice place to stay in the city of Portland. We can walk to everywhere we want in NW area and easy to come and go to Airport since Streetcar is just opposite the building. We got everything I need at Rebecca's spacious place. Roomy for 2 people. Even though we didn't get a chance to meet Rebecca in person, in which I would love to meet the owner, she informed us really well prior to our arrival via email what we need to do to get into the apartment by ourselves. We just loved good privacy since the entire apartment was our during our stay. I recommend this place to stay if anyone wants to enjoy NW portland for a month long visit.
An amazing place to stay! Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Located in a really nice part of Portland within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and bars and the perfect base from which to explore the city.
Will definitely look to see if this apartment is available next time we visit Portland.
We loved this place - it was perfect! Just as the pictures show, clean, convenient, cozy, relaxing. We really didn't want to leave! Rebecca was also a perfect host - fast responses and made you feel very welcomed in the apartment. Could not have been better!
My husband and I spent a month in Portland and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Rebecca made sure that everything was in place for a very comfortable stay in her condo. It is well equipped, spacious, luxurious and situated in a great part of town near to some fabulous restaurants, cafes and easy access to explore surrounding areas like mount hood. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Portland. Thank you Rebecca!
