The area of the district Sallustian is elegant and quiet, frequented mainly by locals, but at the same time a 10-minute walk from the main station of Rome "Termini Station".

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION TAX IN ROME
A 3.50 € fee will be applied, starting the 1st of September 2014 (in compliance with Law No. 122 of 2010), to anyone staying in an overnight accommodation inside Rome's boundaries. The fee is 3.50 € per person per night, with a maximum of ten days for each guest, and it has to be paid directly upon the check-in.
Check in is normally in the afternoon, and check-out in the morning. But if there are no back-to-back reservations (people arriving and/or leaving on the same day), obviously, this is very flexible.
Normal check in time is 3 pm
Normal check out time is 11 am.
But this can be flexible depending on all the parties.
I expect fairness, respect for civil coexistence with other residents and education especially in the delivery of the house in terms of cleaning appropriate to the state in which you found it on delivery.
