No Smoking anywhere on the property. By county regulations, smoking is illegal at vacation rentals. Any guests caught smoking during their stay will be evicted and fined $1,000. If the house smells like smoke after departure, guests will be charged a $1,000 fine.
PLEASE TREAT THIS SPECIAL PLACE WITH RESPECT:
You’re on vacation, you’re paying a cleaning fee and we don’t expect you to clean. However, Guests should not leave loose trash or perishables out or leave an excessive mess or damages that causes our cleaners to spend more time. Any of these violations will result in a minimum $250+ fine depending on the situation.
