This very big apartment is the best way to enjoy Rome.
It is composed by one matrimonial bedroom, one room with 2 single beds and a third room with a sofa that turns into sofa bed double.
Two bathrooms,a kitchen with a small balcony and a dinning room.
It is located just down the road from both Campo Fiori and Largo Argentina and easy walking distance to a host of attractions, and also major bus/taxi stands a few hundred metres away.
All the best restaurants, pizzeria, boutiques and touristic attractions are in this district.
From Fiumicino airport there is a train called "Leonardo Express" that takes you to Trastevere train Station. From Trastevere take tram n.8 direction Piazza Venezia and go down at "Arenula" stop. Another solution could be a bus shuttle to Termini train station and from termini any buses that go to Largo Torre Argentina stop, or taxi for 35/40€. In any cases don't take underground that doesn't arrive so near my flat.
Tram n.8 leads you to Trastevere station, many buses to Colosseum (a short walk will take you there) and a tax station just in the street.

Raffaella was responsive over questions before we arrived and welcoming when we did. She addressed our immediate queries when we arrived, but we had to wait till the second night to get access to the third bedroom (locked up because we were only four guests), and were surprised about the need to pay local tax in cash. She did arrange WiFi for us, but we were surprised when it was cut off shortly before we left, apparently due to the limit on data use. She was very helpful over returning a mobile phone left in the apartment by mistake.
The apartment is extremely well located for practical purposes and for exploring the city centre. It is large, with good storage, well-lit, and airy, but the decor and furnishings are quite basic (plastic plates disapppointed my wife). It even had a view of St Peter's Dome from one bedroom.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay and appreciated Raffaella's help over our few problems.
The location was excellent. Convenient to the main sites in Rome. We walked everywhere. The apartment looked like the photographs and is very spacious. Great restaurants near-by. We enjoyed our stay and would definetly recommend it.
Nice and large apartment. Very convenient to all the attractions! Well maintained. Wifi was good. Could walk to trastevere and the riverfront in the night to enjoy the restaurants there
Amazing location, clean, spacious, wonderful space. There was plenty of room (there were four of us taking up three bedrooms - 2x doubles and a twin). There was toilet paper, towels and some tea & coffee. You really can't beat the location of this place.
Only downside was the fact that the address says 51 Via Arenula when it is infact number 16. When we tried contacting Raffaella on the number provided there was no answer. If it wasn't for some very nice and helpful Romans, we would have been walking around for hours. In the end, we found the place by chance when we walked the length of Via Arenula..
