All of Buda Place RV Resort amenities are included; including lake (catch & release), BYO paddle board, fishing pole, bike or rollerblades. Pool & hot tub, showers / restrooms & laundry, general store & vending. Community barn, ping pong, horseshoes, & hiking trails around the lake.

"High Sierra" is a Tumbleweed TinyHouse Farallon 30' Alta. This unique stay is perfect for a couple or family. Can sleep 4 adults comfortably. Thank you for treating all spaces with reverence and care by following all provided guidelines. Our QR how-tos are there for your ease and enjoyment as much as protective operation.

Please note that Buda Place RV Park is a resort community and neighborhood! We welcome you to the Budaful Life in the name of sharing and mutual respect. We have excellent amenities for you to enjoy alongside guidelines that keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and thriving. Please read thoroughly before booking!

PETS: *** Only service animals are permitted with Airbnb Airstream bookings at this time.
*** Pets must be on a leash when outside of stay. Pet owners are responsible for pet’s behavior & damages. There may be a pet fee/deposit required.

SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH - Strictly enforced

QUIET TIME: Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM

CHILDREN: Children under the age of 12 must be always accompanied by an adult.

GUESTS / VISITORS: The reservation includes only those reported in your Airbnb booking. Additional people will be charged per night. All overnight visitors must be reported to the Airbnb Host. All visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest.

VEHICLES:
• 2 vehicles allowed per booking. Guest parking spots are located throughout the park.
• DO NOT park in open RV sites or on the grass at any time. Do not drive on the grass or through other sites. ATV's, 4-Wheelers, are not allowed to be operated in the Resort.

***No unapproved trailers, boats, service or semi-trucks allowed in Buda Place RV Park at any time***

CAMPFIRES / FIRE PITS: ONLY Gas/Propane fires allowed. No wood fires allowed in the park unless supervised/approved by management.

GARBAGE: Household garbage only allowed.

BUILDINGS: No smoking in any building. Only service animals allowed in any building.

ALCOHOL: If taken off your site, must be concealed in a foam insulator or plastic cup.

SITE APPEARANCE: Our groundskeeping personnel strive to make your stay as enjoyable, pleasant, and worry free as possible. Please assist them by refraining from storing any garbage/recycling or excessive storing of personal items around the exterior of your site. We want each of our guests to enjoy a clean, and debris free resort.

COURTESY / CONDUCT:
• Do not walk or ride bikes on other sites.
• Respect the privacy of your neighbors.
• Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
• Bikes and roller blades are permitted on the road only, during daylight hours.
• Guests are expected to exercise good sense and respect for others.

NOT PERMITTED:
• No fireworks
• No open-carry or illegal firearms. The discharge of any firearm is grounds for immediate removal from the park without refund.
• Clotheslines - Do not hang laundry outside of your RV.
• No OIL CHANGES anytime in the Resort
• No one is allowed to operate a business from within the Resort
• Camping tents are not allowed

Management is not responsible for loss, bodily injury, or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft or accidents. Guests are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their visitors.

Buda Place RV Resort is a community with unique amenities alongside guidelines that keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and thriving. Please read thoroughly and enjoy!

BATHHOUSES: Four private restrooms featuring large showers with benches, located in the common area near the main building. Cleaned daily. In order to do the best job possible, we have to close them completely. We appreciate your cooperation during these times and regret any inconvenience.

LAUNDRY: Laundries are located next to bathhouses. Please follow the posted rules. No parking unless using the laundry facilities.

PET WASH STATION: Available for all guests. (Please see map for location)

GRILLS: Available for all guests 18 years and older. (Please see map for location) Grills must be clean after usage, containers available by grills for discharge.

GENERAL STORE: A wide variety of items available for purchase.

BARN: Events will be held in our Party Barn. Rentals are available. Please contact our office.

SWIMMING POOLS: ***NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY***
9 AM - Sunset every day.
POOL IS CLOSED IF THERE IS THUNDER OR LIGHTNING.
It will re-open 30 to 60 minutes after thunder stops. CHILDREN under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
No smoking in pool area. No eating or drinking while IN the pool.
No glass containers in the pool area.
No Dogs in the Pool Area

HOT TUB: Minors must be accompanied by an adult. No one under 12 allowed.

LAKE / FISHING: Catch and release only. No swimming in the lake by pets or people.
