From November through January, the property transforms into a holiday wonderland. The home is filled with festive trees and décor, while the rear hot tub and fire pit area sparkle under thousands of dazzling lights. Relax in the NEW 7-person Jacuzzi while enjoying the glow of holiday displays, or gather with loved ones around the fire pit. All the decorating is already done for you — simply arrive and celebrate stress-free.

In the warmer months, enjoy the large heated saltwater pool with a round shallow section perfect for kids or conversation. Lounge in multiple private seating areas, float on rafts, or retreat to the cedar-finished pool house with bathroom, refrigerator, and screened porch featuring a 65-inch TV.

Guest access
Access will be keyless with codes upon check in. Guest will be able to access Large main house, Pool and pool house is exclusive to the house guest only. Guests have access to all fields and land areas outside. Our farm hand may be present on the property to maintain the grounds etc. NO entry into any of the out buildings on the farm is permitted.

Other things to note
We provide one pool/hot tub towel per guest per stay. Laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and a fresh sponge are included, along with complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, and sweeteners (K-cups & a large coffee pot available). Firewood is supplied for the outdoor fire pit, and backyard lights are on a timer to create a cozy evening atmosphere. Guests may fish in the small pond—please bring your own pole. No parties and no smoking inside or near the house; a smoking area with ashtray is by the fire pit. Parking is on the side only (circle drive for unloading; do not block garage doors as farm hand parks equipment in there ). We do have a farm hand who helps us maintain property and is on the property at times.

Located 5 min from The Pavilion at Weatherly and 15 min from Budds Creek Raceway/MIR, with trailer parking available on request.
