An entrance with spacious dressing room

A large bright living room with a connected TV, ultra-fast fiber optic, Nespresso machine and a convenient desk area if you work a little

A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle) to prepare your breakfasts or simple meals

A cozy bedroom separated by a pretty glass wall, with an ultra-comfortable 160 × 200 queen-size bed and soft linen bedding

A convenient en-suite shower room: toilet, heated towel rail, hairdryer and dryer for even more comfort

As soon as you leave the building, you are in the heart of Angevin life: tasty restaurants, lively cafés, lovely shops, museums, the castle and cultural places are all within walking distance.

Looking for a breath of fresh air? Lake Maine or the landscaped quays of the Maine (perfect for pedestrians and cyclists) are easily accessible.
