This cosy spot is located on the first floor of a Victorian building, in a leafy area, close to the city centre. On entering the space you will find a bright living room with a beautiful, sash window, a comfortable double bed and adequate storage space. The neat kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances you may need during your stay. This place is perfect for accommodating one person. Please note that you must take one flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

The space
The washing machine and dryer machine are available in a common area in the basement of the building. They work off a meter and require €2 coins to operate.
