Walk out your door and you will be in the heart of downtown Austin...next door to the Convention Center and the Cap Metro Light rail...not to mention across the street from a Starbucks coffee. Walk just 2 blocks to 6th Street or the 4th Street Warehouse District, the two biggest nightlife areas of Austin with lots of pubs, bars and live music venues, as well as South Congress Ave. and all of the wonderful restaurants downtown like Eddie V's Prime Seafood, Vince Young Steakhouse, Piranha Sushi, Fogo de Chao and the Moonshine Bar & Grill. Within 4 blocks of the condo is the beautiful and famous Town Lake and its wonderful 10+ mile hike & bike trail. Even though a parking spot is available, no car is needed for this great location so save money on parking and rental car fees because you can walk practically anywhere or take the frequent public transportation or taxi for a very short ride. This downtown vacation rental is perfect for business and/or fun.
Location is not the only reason to stay at this condo. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located on the first floor inside a unique courtyard. You will feel like you are staying at a boutique downtown Austin hotel with the amenities of an extended stay hotel. Features include granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen with a bar for a dining area, walk-in closet and unique local artwork. Sleeping, for up to 3, includes a comfortable queen size bed with certified organic latex foam mattress and super soft bedding and a queen size sofa bed with memory foam mattress (pillow top mattress cover in closet for more comfort) located in the living room. Other amenities are the HDTV with lots of cable channels, free wireless, full-size washer/dryer, AC, iron/ironing board and access to a pool to get away during those hot Texas days.
There is a 9% City of Austin hotel tax on the costs shown except for the Airbnb service fee because, unfortunately, while Airbnb collects taxes for the State of Texas but does not yet do so for the City of Austin.

Please note that while this property is ideally located near the center of Downtown Austin it is also in a residential complex so no loud parties, or any type of gatherings or commercial events are allowed at any time. Please respect the neighbors during your visit.
Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the unit. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, washing the dishes and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities or the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
No candles or open flames are allowed and the fireplace is unoperational and cannot be used.
We ask that our guests not bring or use glitter inside the condo and do not attach anything to walls with any tape, glue or other adhesive.
