This home has a reverse floor plan to take advantage of the wonderful water views. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the 1st and the living/cooking/dining open concept space is on the 2nd floor.

The bedrooms are light and bright with water views. The recently renovated bathroom has a Carrara marble vanity and Travertine tile shower. White-washed, wood panel porcelain tile throughout gives the home a “beachy” feel. The kitchen has granite counters, sub-zero wood panel refrigerator, and Bosch appliances. The gas fireplace with glass tile and marble surround is a nice added touch to the living space.

There is a private patio for outdoor entertaining, cooking, and eating. The common area deck leads right to the Provincetown Harbor beach.

Guest access

The Patio has lounging and dining furniture and a propane gas grill. There are no shared spaces within the Cottage or the Patio.

Guests also have access to a large deck that leads to the beach! This deck is a common area is shared by the two units in the building next door.

Other things to note
Provincetown means many things to many different people. For some, it’s the historic tip of Cape Cod where the Pilgrims first sojourned before carrying on to Plymouth. For others, it’s a bohemian beach enclave with beatnik roots and an enduringly vibrant art community. Still for others, it’s an LGBT paradise where anyone and everyone is welcome.

Quirky shopping, gorgeous beaches, and great food await, as well a warm welcome from P-Town locals and regulars.

I was born & raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After finishing high school I moved to mainland USA to attend Cornell University. I graduated in 2002 with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business management and moved to NYC to start my first job. I've always been moving around and over the years made my way up from NY through CT to MA. In 2015 I left Corporate America to pursue a lifelong dream of owning a hospitality business. Renting out my beach house in Provincetown, MA was one of the first steps in my journey. I love to travel, meet new people, discover new places and learn about other cultures. My favorite places usually involve the sun and the ocean and that is why I love Provincetown so much. I look forward to connecting with you as a host or traveler. I will do my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible or being a good guest, depending on my role.
