1304 S Main is a spacious home nestled on Main Street, right across from the University of Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor. Whether you are tailgating, celebrating, or relaxing, 1304 S Main will be your home away from home!

The space
1304 S Main St is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. Upon walking in the front door, you will find yourself in the living area with windows facing outwards to the University of Michigan Stadium. Accompanying the living room you will find the first full bathroom, dining room, and full kitchen. As you make your way upstairs, the second full bathroom followed by 3 bedrooms (2 double bed rooms and one single bed). The fire escape (for emergencies only) is located in the furthest bedroom on the left of the hallway. Heading down into the basement, you will find the final bedroom and half bathroom.

Football Games/Stadium Events/Graduation - Your reservation comes with two designated parking spots. If you are interested in more parking, you will need to visit Park and Party’s website as they park cars in the lot on game day. You are renting the house only. The yard and additional parking will be rented for tailgating.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. 2 designated parking spots during Stadium events. Please only use the fire escape for emergencies.

FOOTBALL WEEKENDS - Only two designated parking spots are included with your reservation. You are renting the house only. The front lawn and other parking in the lot will be used for Park and Party tailgating. If you would like to rent additional parking spaces, you can go to their website.
