About This Listing
Our nice and comfortable top floor apartment inspires guests to feel the energy and trendiness of New York. High ceilings, a soaring skylight, and centrally located—just a few blocks from Grand Central, Empire State Building, and Gramercy Park.
This apartment is great for guests that want to visit New York from a central location, business travelers working in Midtown, and shoppers who want to go to New York's best stores, which are just a few blocks away.
This is a classic New York City apartment, a throwback to a bygone era, built before people started getting shoeboxed into tiny units. It is designed to be lived in.
The location is a 5 minute walk from Grand Central Terminal and the Chrysler Building, 7 minute walk to the Empire State Building, 10 minutes to the United Nations, and 12 minutes to Times Square.
The apartment is large with lofted 14 foot (4 Meters) ceilings and a soaring skylight. It is an open floor plan, very loft-like, with a cozy one bedroom tucked away around the corner. There is a full bathroom with tub, closet, and separate kitchen. The kitchen is small but it has a microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, and all the basic supplies to make a simple meal.
The apartment has all the amenities one would expect from a high-end home. It is outfitted with a full-sized bed, flat screen TV, and an Ipad/Iphone Stereo Dock.
It has basic TV, DVD, and a secure and fast Wi-Fi connection.
Though it is naturally cool in the summer, the apartment has an air conditioning unit to provide additional comfort.
The location is in Murray Hill on East 38th Street and Lexington Avenue. It is a high-end residential neighborhood.
All of the City's major Subway lines are located nearby making it just minutes to anywhere in Manhattan. Many high-end hotels are located nearby as are many executive suite hotels.
This residential neighborhood also offers all the necessary retail services including restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores/pharmacies, banks, bars and dry cleaning/laundromats. Because of its proximity to the United Nations, this area is also home to many consulates.
The bathroom is large and has ample storage and a large in-tub shower. Our guests often tell us that they love our New York City water pressure.
The decor is whimsical, modern, bright, quirky, and eclectic. We are creatives in advertising as well as foodies—and can recommend hidden gems all over the city in terms of restaurants and activities. If you're looking to experience NYC like a local and appreciate art and food, this is a good apartment for you as you'll feel right at home in this unique and charming ambiance.

Justin and Yujin have been nice and super easy to be contacted.
Also when we changed our plan last minute they arranged the key pick up easily.
The apt is a great position. Super easy to move and safe area at each time of the day and night.
My overall impression is not positive anyway since I was expecting a place more clean, and the last 2/3 days we showered with lukewarm.
The issue was not fault of Justin and Yujin but cold shower is an option If I travel backpack in Amazonia, not in NYC.
Hope this can be useful to fix what has to be fixed and have next travelers a smooth vacation.
I loved Yujin and Justin s apartment. It s very sweet and cosy -- it lookes exactly like in the ppics and is close to all important spots, which u would like to see in the city.
I never met Yujin and Justin but that was not a big deal, cause everything was organized very well.
The reservation was canceled 202 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Yujin was very helpful and accommodating - the place itself was just as described and had a very homey feel to it. My parents visiting from overseas stayed here for two weeks and found it to be great. Just blocks from Grand Central, which is very convenient. A great stay!
Absolutely brilliant! Yujin and Justin made sure everything was organised so that we could get in to the apartment in the middle of the day. All very easy and smooth. Apartment itself was fantastic, very clean, cosy and great for getting around Manhattan. Non intrusive hosts but only a text away, very accommodating. We had an awesome time and the apartment was perfect. Thanks guys!!
