This charming Lexington apartment features 14ft high ceilings, a soaring skylight, and plenty of sun. It's an open floor plan, very loft-like, with a cozy one bedroom tucked away around the corner. There is a full bathroom with tub, closet, and separate kitchen. The kitchen is small and not ideal for serious cooking but it has a microwave, full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, and all the basic kitchen supplies to make a simple meal.
Explore New York City, starting at its heart. The apt is located just 3 blocks from Grand Central and 5 blocks from the Empire State Building. Time Square, Herald Square, Gramercy Park, and shopping on 5th avenue are also just minutes from your door. The East Village, the West Village, and Upper East Side are just a quick subway ride away with access to the 1,2,3,4,5,A,C,E,B,D,F,N,R and S subway lines. And while you have great proximity and access to the hustle and bustle of the city, you will also get to come home to a more residential neighborhood.
I'm very clean. I don't know how else to say it but I keep my place scrubbed, smelling nice, dusted, and "Swiffered" on a weekly basis. There is no smoking and I am very selective of my guests so you can be assured only the best and cleanest wonderful folks have stayed at my place. You'll also have plenty of clean towels, sheets, pillow cases, extra blankets for your use during your stay.
The decor is whimsical, modern, bright, quirky, and eclectic. I'm a creative in advertising and a foodie - and can recommend hidden gems all over the city in terms of restaurants and activities. If you're looking to experience NYC like a local and appreciate art and food, this is a good apartment for you as you'll feel right at home in this unique and charming ambiance.

This was a good experience overall. It was my first airbnb stay so I wasn't sure what to expect, but all went smoothly. Yujin was away, but the maid was there to give me the keys, and her boyfriend stopped by to check that everything was OK, which I appreciated. The apartment was cute and clean, just like on the photos. There was some problem with the heating in the building, so one radiator was very hot. It was cool but noisy with the window open, but I got by with the air conditioning. The location was very convenient for the UN and Grand Central, easy walking distance to lots of places.
We had a wonderful stay at Yujin's loft! Yujin was a very thoughtful host: even though we were supposed to arrive late (and our flight was delayed), she arranged for the keys to be delivered to our location so that we wouldn't have to pick them up at a different location and walk over in the pouring rain! We didn't ask her to do this so her kind gesture was greatly appreciated. :)
We felt like we were true New Yorkers in Yujin's walk-up loft. The location is superb, within walking distance of many key New York City landmarks. Be prepared to walk up the four flight of stairs - great little work out to start and end your day. :)
Thanks so much Yujin for your attentiveness as well. We greatly appreciated you responding to our texts within a reasonable time frame.
Wishing you continued success with Airbnb! We'll be back! :) Great service and exactly as advertised.
-Location, location, location!! If i were to help anyone in booking their stay in NY, i would definitely say stay near grand central- from here you can use all the sub ways (which come every 3-5 minutes!) it is handy, it is efficient, and this apartment helped so much by being SO close!
-Apartment was quirky and fun! Topped of our experience of the place
-yujin lee was responsive right from the get-go!
-small diner right underneath the apartment
-about 4 different styles of eating on the same block, with another 5-7 on the next block, alongside a bank and a convenient store.
-small items were put in the apartment to help our stay be a little more comfortable (shampoo, conditioner, chocolates!)
-Be prepared to get a workout climbing the stairs to the apartment as its a couple of floors up, with very steep stairs.
-staying in Ny in winter, the heating was controlled by the apartment block so we did wake up a few nights sweating, and we couldnt turn it off.
Overall, it was such a lovely experience in such a lovely city! The area felt safe, and after a long day of walking and exploring, it was good to kick our shoes off in this beautiful apartment!
Yujinlee was a perfect host: friendly, reliable, always reachable. Her apartment is cosy, clean, well appointed and in a great location. We had wonderful days and would highly recommend.
This was our first Airbnb experience and our first time in NYC and everything was perfect! Yujin Lee's apartment is comfortable and clean and well decorated. Moreover it has a great location right in the middle of Manhattan. Yujin Lee is very accommodating (flexible with check-in and departure times) and easy to contact.
We would definitely recommend her place to everyone discovering NYC.
Friendly host, apartment clean and in a great location. Great for a few days stay and would definitely stay there again.
Although we haven's met Yujinlee, she was a great host. Before and during our stay she was always contactable via mail and answered quickly. Everything worked well, we picked up the keys at a deli nearby. The apartment is well located and very clean. Lexington Avenue is a bit noisy, bu tfor us it was no problem to sleep without ear plugs. The only thing we missed was a commode or a closet for our clothes then it would have been better still.
Everything worked like it should. I picked up the keys like we agreed. Everything was clean and neat.
We had a great experience with Yunjinlee! She has a clean apartment and was very helpful with recomendations and highly accomodating. Can't beat the location!
We really enjoyed staying at Yujin's apartment on Lexington. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean. It is also perfectly located as it's only a few minutes from Grand Central station. Grocery shopping is super easy as there are coffee shops, delis all around for late evening dinner or early morning breakfast. Cherry on the cake, Yujin is a great host, very friendly and had great advices on where we can eat. thank you again for the brunch in EGG café in Williamsburg, we had the best pancakes and milkshake ever!!!!
