Once in Malta you could purchase a return day trip to Sicily from offices nearby or better still, charter my very own classic sailing yacht (skipper included) for trips round Malta, Gozo and possibly Sicily at a discounted price. If you have any further queries do not hesitate to contact me.

Turn LEFT at this point and continue along Pieta Creek (Yacht Marina) until you reach MSIDA roundabout and from here follow the signs to SLIEMA through GZIRA. With Sliema Creek on your right, drive on until you reach the Strand. Here you will find Marks & Spencers (department store). You have arrived! The house is only 100m up the road from this shop.

The house is situated in the old residential area of Sliema and where the real people from Sliema live. Just 100m away from the sea, the promenade, the shops, the restaurants, the cafes and transport connections to the rest of Malta.
Just 100m outside the door you'll find the first of many bus stops and a number of taxis as well as the ferry boat which will take you directly into the heart of the capital city, Valletta!......Sliema is the touristic centre of our island and also the most popular walking area in Malta....everywhere is just a short walking distance away.
Noel was a perfect host. He kindly picked us up at the airport (for the 25 euro mentioned in his ad) and gave us a personalized list of places that he would recommend to eat and see... The flat was perfect. No internet, as he mentions in his ad, but a local cell service (voda phone) offers a 10gig prepaid SIM card for 40 euro, a bit high priced, but just factor that in to a cost of your stay, if you will require internet.
The entire house was very clean and everything worked great. Kitchen is fully furnished, and he provided 4 towels for us to use while showering.
This rental is very centrally located, and we had no trouble getting everywhere we wanted to go!
Noel was a great host that made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived in Malta. He even bought us traditional Maltese pastries on the ride from the airport. We didn't have a phone but I sent him emails during the week asking questions and he responded quickly each time. If you want a good comfortable base to explore Malta then Noel's house is the place to be.
We (a party of four) spent 10 nights in Noels Townhouse. First of all: Noel is an excellent host. He picked us up from the airport and showed us around Sliema by car so we immediately found out where to find the nearest supermarket, bars and beaches. The townhouse matches the description perfectly. It's stylish and authentically decorated. The townhouse is suitable for maximum two couples, while there are two double beds. One in the basement, with an attached bathroom with toilet. Note: the ceiling over here is pretty low. When you're over 1.80mtr chances are pretty good you will bump your head (once, or more often...). The living is ok, the kitchen is well equipped and has an ceramic hob. On the first floor you'll find a second, small bedroom, with a walk in shower near the stairs to the roof terrace. The roof terrace is basic, but there's no shadow, so it can only be used in the evenings. In the living airco is possible, for € 5,- per day. Due to some miscommunication Noel didn't charge us this extra fee. Sliema is a nice place with many bars and restaurants on walking distance from the house (5-10 minutes). Ferry to Valletta is on 3 minutes walking distance and the buss stop (to St Julians / Paceville or Valletta) is even closer. Noel can give you plenty of tips. A tour by his boat sounded very attracting, unfortunately we haven't done it, but I would recommend it. All in all Sliema and Malta made a very good impression on us!
Très chouette maison. Et super accueil de Noël..
Wonderful Maltese character home in a convenient and quiet area of Sliema. The beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean with a stylish lounge room, a great rooftop area and loved the stone spiral staircase to get there. Right on the doorstep to all the Sliema bars, cafes, ferries, buses and waterfront. Highly recommended.
The house was very nice and clean - the location perfect. Noel was also very accommodating and organized our taxi and wine also for the first evening :-) We had exchanged contacts and if we needed help, we could call him at any time. Really a great stay and a very nice host. Thank you for all!
