The interior of the home is tastefully decorated, boasting modern furnishings and stylish touches throughout. The open concept layout provides ample space for your group to relax and unwind. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area, which offers seating for the whole group.

The highlight of this property is the dedicated pickleball court! Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the sport, you'll love the opportunity to engage in friendly competitions right at your doorstep. We provide all the necessary equipment, so you can grab a paddle and enjoy a game with your friends or family.

We understand that your pets are part of the family, which is why we welcome them with open arms. The entire home has been designed to accommodate dogs, with features such as dog beds, water bowls, and a fenced backyard for them to play and roam freely.

When you're not playing pickleball or spending time with your furry friends, take advantage of the bicycles available to explore the charming neighborhood. Tampa Heights offers a vibrant atmosphere with its trendy shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

We welcome all guests even if you don't have a pet or love top play pickleball (yet). If you love football we are close to the stadium. If you love hockey, we ae close to the arena. If you ae here for a convention, dont worry we are close to that also.

Rest assured that all of our properties are serviced monthly by professional pest control companies to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. In fact, if you do happen to see a dead bug, it’s a good sign that the pest control is doing its job!

We can confidently assure you that our units are extremely clean and meticulously cared for, and there are no infestations. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and care.

There is a private pickleball court in the backyard for your enjoyment.

We are family run business who come from a long line of worldwide traveling family members and once that bug has bitten you, it can never be cured…thankfully! Needless to say, we are carrying on the tradition and are blessed to have, and still be, traveling the world extensively! Traveling expands your horizons in a way that nothing else can, we have come to note that as vast and as beautifully stunning our world is, we are desperately failing at keeping our magnificent planet that way for future generations to come One commonality amongst us as a family, is that we realize that we want to and CAN, make a difference in some small way through our business….and so, Vacation With A Purpose was born We have themed almost all of our units, each time a guest stays with us we are able to take a portion of that income and donate to a cause that’s related to that property. As an example, In our Artists Way, downtown St Pete, our donation goes toward the Autism project. If you happen to choose our Sunset Beach location, we support the Surfriders Association and so much more... We are passionate about helping others and helping to heal our planet and we hope that you will feel that way, knowing that you too have contributed, all while having a fulfilled vacation…with a purpose!
