We really enjoyed our stay in Emily's and Roland's cottage! Perfect equipt kitchen, cozy fireplace and beautifull interior! Emily and Roland are a very interesting Couple and have been amazingly nice, welcoming and helpfull!
We would defenetly come back!!! Highly recommended
We had a great stay at Emily's. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks!
We had a perfectly lovely stay at Emily's little cottage. It is such a creatively designed space surrounded by an equally beautiful yard. The cottage provided my boyfriend an I with the perfect space to spend a quite relaxing weekend that we were looking for. Thank you Emily for providing a clean and comfortable cottage, it truly was blissful. We hope to return again soon!
What a blissful retreat. We found this little cottage to offer much more than we expected. Emily was accommodating with our schedule changes and a gracious host. We will be back!
Very wonderful little cottage nestled in a quiet community on the island. Great, big corner property on the end of a nice street. Fantastic quaint furnishings and the cozy little place. We did not end up enjoying the place as much as we wanted as we merely slept there, but we greatly look forward to coming back this year!
We stayed in Emily's cottage for 5 nights over Christmas and it was brilliant. Very cosy with a great wood burning stove, it was also really peaceful and quiet. A well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook a great Christmas dinner.
The cottage is perfectly located and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Cowichan Bay.
The cottage was great. Very relaxing and clean, and in a beautiful setting. We enjoy both spending time in the cottage by the fire place, and going on nearby hikes.
This is a lovely artist's cottage in a convenient location in funky Cowichan Bay, a perfect base for exploring Vancouver Island. My husband and I found it to be private and very comfortable, with a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, a cozy wood-burning fireplace and evidence of great taste everywhere.
The cottage couldn't have been more perfect: beautiful, bright, peaceful, well-equipped, spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the cozy alcove with the fireplace and view of the garden.
Thank you, Emily!
We stayed at Emily's cottage for quiet girls' getaway and had an absolutely wonderful time. The cottage is very beautiful and comfortable and comes with all amenities. Emily was really friendly and helpful and left a little jar of freshly made blackberry jam for us, which was delicious. Cowichan Bay itself is such lovely town and is close to many wineries (our favourite was the Merridale Cidery), the town of Duncan ("The city of totems"), and many hiking/biking trails. We would love to come back to the cottage for a longer stay sometime!
