The Cozy Confluence is uniquely nestled between Rock Creek and the beautiful Cedar River. The home is spacious yet cozy. There is a large attached deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while listening to the creek babble nearby. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the place for you! There are hiking trails throughout the property with incredible canopies of mature hardwoods. River access on the property makes kayaking, canoeing, or tubing a breeze. Plan your escape today!!

The space
Relax and unwind at this secluded one of a kind property. Become one with nature while you bask in all northeast Iowa has to offer. We are about an hour from Rochester and Cedar Falls, 30 minutes from Mason City, and only a five minute drive to Osage.

Keyless touchpad entry to the home. Lots of acres to explore and stunning shoreline that is sure to intrigue. Trails for those that like to hike with plentiful wildlife. There is an attached two stall garage available for your use as well.

Looking to get out on the river but no boat? Kayaks/canoes available to rent for the day or weekend! Shuttle service offered as well.
