Nestled in the Catskills Forest, less than 2 hrs from NYC, you'll find Birch Ridge A-frame! This gorgeous 2-bedroom cabin is set on 7 private acres with hiking areas and a seasonal stream. Enjoy the wall of windows that creates a magical stay with breathtaking views. This is the perfect place to relax, sit in the barrel sauna, hike through the private forest, roast marshmallows over the fire, and soak up the sounds of nature. A space that’s made for creating memories that will last a lifetime!

The Space:
This newly built custom A-frame is set on 7 private acres in the Catskill forest, just 1 mile from Jeffersonville. The house features 2 full bedrooms, 1 bath, and a beautiful open floor plan. You have a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a dining area overlooking the woods, and a cozy living space with a fireplace and HDTV to snuggle up and watch a movie. We have a local in-house massage option and a local private flyfishing guide; their information is available upon request.

Outside features include a barrel steam sauna, wood-burning fire pit, BBQ grill, propane fire table on the deck, hammock, and a small spring-fed stream on the property that often has running water.

Venturing onto the property, you'll find yourself amidst the trees, which provide opportunities for exploration and quiet contemplation. Whether you're an avid hiker or simply looking to reconnect with nature, the acres of woodland offer a sanctuary for outdoor enthusiasts.

Every season, this Catskills A-frame cabin promises a serene escape. Here, the beauty of the natural world seamlessly integrates with the comfort of a well-appointed retreat. Memories are made, and the soul finds solace in embracing nature's splendor.

We have 6 acres of private land you are free to roam all the way back to the lake. Be respectful of neighbors private property to the right side.
