The space
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Newly renovated and decorated with art from a local artist, you'll marvel at the charm in every corner of the home.

Rest on the plush furniture, stream movie marathons on the large TV, or share a home-cooked meal or board game at the formal dining table.

There are comfortable beds in three beautiful bedrooms to ensure that everyone will enjoy a wonderful night's rest, being lulled to sleep by the sound of the serene waves. There is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. There is also a guest room with a queen size bed and a guest room with two twin beds that share a bathroom.

Hi, my name is Samantha. Thanks for checking out either my amazing Somerville condo or oceanfront Cape House! In Somerville, I am one block from the subway, a 24 hour supermarket and CVS and have lots of great restaurants to choose from. On the cape, my house is right on a private beach with incredible views of the ocean. I love hosting people and welcoming them to my homes!
