We really enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. It was in such a beautiful spot, with a lovely walk around the headland and a nearby little beach. It was also close enough to the main town in kinsale.
Mark was super friendly and welcoming and the room was very comfortable too! We would definitely recommend others to stay at Mark's place if looking for a room in kinsale!!
MARK est un homme pétillant et très accueillant. Il habite à 2 pas de la plage juste à côté d'un pub tranquille.
Good location. One minute drive from Kinsale town (or short walk). Lovely views of the Kinsale harbour from the adjacent dock. The beach is a 1-minute walk away. And the historic old ruins of James Fort is in the next field.
The accomodations were clean and comfortable, and Mark was very hospitable and fun to be around.
Mark was an amazing host. His house was very nice and a short walk to a beautiful beach that is great for exploring. The pub at the entrance of his housing community is very quaint and I enjoyed drinking a few pints with the locals. One more for the road, is a saying you are sure to become accustom to. I can’t say enough nice things about Mark. He is very friendly, has an entrepreneurial spirit and seems to know just about everyone in town. He drove me around and told me the history of Kinsale, even took me to his favorite restaurant and pub. Thank you Mark helping me enjoy my holiday.
Mark was very friendly and helpful and our room
Was clean and comfortable but water pressure in the bathro was very low. The tv did not work and there is nowhere close to eat dinner. The town of kinsale just across the bay is on a beautiful setting
Great area, great place to stay and enjoy a nice landlord!

Mark was a great host with many good advices and always good for a chat. His place was very clean, in a great location (near the beach, not to far out of town) and we enjoyed our stay with him very much!
Good place; good host. lots of good recommendations for restaurants and pubs. Made good shakes in the morning.
Mark was a great Host. He even picked us up in Kinsale to get us to his lovely home. We definitely recommand to stay at his place.
This location is amazing. Kinsale is a historically interesting & beautiful location. Mark is an amiable and easygoing host. Our room was clean and pleasant. It had twin beds and a candle provided aroma-therapy. There is a sky light and a large window for fresh air. The bath was also clean, well-lit and had plenty of hot water. We made tea in the very nice kitchen, and a microwave was available for our use. Wi-fi was easily accessible. Mark made recommendations for food and entertainment that were spot-on. He chatted with us in the morning and even made healthy smoothies! We made to feel at home and would visit again in the future.
