This newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of the trendy Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood of Berlin, where models, stars and families mix together in a cozy environment filled with warm coffee shops, incredible selection of restaurants, antique shops and central parks.
The location couldn't be better, right on the big Prenzlauer Allee, yet far from the rumble of traffic, being located in a side wing building. There are not one but two Tram stops that connect you directly to Alexanderplatz in 5 minutes and even to the Ringbahn that takes you to Schönefeld airport. But the best feature is that the Tram runs 24h every day of the week, so no matter the time, you'll make it home :)
The apartment itself is on the 4th floor as part of a Berliner "Altbau" (Antique construction) from the turn of the century. The neighborhood Prenzlauer Berg wasn't critically damaged during WWII and the neighborhood and building still keep their essence from that time.
The apartment is fully equipped with a double bed and a sofa-bed in one room, with a flat TV, beautiful antique GDR furniture and a wonderful large window that opens up for a warm breakfast or afternoon coffee under the sun. The apartment has a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, full set of cutlery and dinner service. There's a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board for your convenience may you need them.
The bathroom is equipped with a nice bathtub and a washing machine.

I was very happy with Juliana and her team during my stay in Berlin. They were very helpful and were always available to answer my questions or if a problem occurred. I can't do anything other then give my warmest recommendations to her and her team. The apartment is also wonderful with all necessary equipment and it’s located in the heart of Berlin, making it a perfect spot to live.
Everything was great..
The apartment is at a perfect location in Prenzlauerberg, right next to the Tram from Alexanderplatz (3 stops away). The neighboorhood is great, lots of good restaurants and cafes. It is very easy to move around using public transport or taxis.
The apartment was clean. There were all the amenities (e.g., towels, extra pillows) I needed. It was possible to make a late check-in and instruction about the apartment were prepared and clearly stated in the information sheet provided.
I thank Juliana and her team for their services..
This little flat in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg was absolutely perfect. Just a few steps out of the building is the tram, a grocery store, coffee shops…everything really. The flat itself was clean, had a comfortable bed, a washing machine, a nice little kitchen, and plenty of space. If you're looking for a neat home for a fair price in the best part of Berlin, this is definitely an excellent option.
Juliana is a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and accommodating and extremely responsive. My wife and I really appreciated the work she did to make our trip awesome.
Fantastic place and good value. I would definitely recommend this apartment and area as a base to enjoy Berlin. We loved the decor and the apartment was very clean with all the necessities required for short stays. Prenzl Berg is well situated with a good selection of cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Public transport is very accessible.
Juliana provided professional, helpful and friendly assistance in all our communications.
Excellent apartment and excellent service. Definite recommendation.

I am Juliana . I fell in love with Berlin years ago. I work in Prenzlauer Berg, an amazing neighboorhood in this city. My neighboors got to know me and when they are traveling (via Airbnb!) I take their keys and look forward to meet nice and interesting guests from all over the world.
Whenever I am not around to answer emails or travelling my good friend Leland helps out from time to time. Feel free to ask us anything you'd like about our apartments.
Come home to Berlin!
