It is situated directly on Long Island Sound, in the Pine Orchard area of Branford CT, and boasts breathtaking ocean views east, west and south toward Long Island.
If you are looking for a superb location to host a Yale graduation or reunion, the Red House has all the amenities necessary. Sleeping 14 adults easily, the Red House is designed for year-round entertaining. The large kitchen has a 48” professional gas range with double ovens, three refrigerators, two dishwashers, a walk-in pantry, mud room and separate laundry room.
