The house is full equipment, with Internet and with all the services included, it has a large garage in front of the beach to enjoy a beautiful seaview and the sea breeze.
The house also has a large parking lot inside the property.
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a beach time with family or friends, to hang a hammok in front of the ocean view, to spend a few days to be in contact with the nature, to enjoy a relax activities and to have a peaceful time, in a quiet and safe beach. You can enjoy activities like snorkeling, swimming, fishing, making barbecues and bonfires down the Beautiful Sky during the nights, also you can visit the Flamingo reserve that is 20 min away. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the nature and relax!! The area is very safe and relax to spend a couple of days to explore the region.

The neighborhood is very quiet, private and relax. The beach is to enjoy during the day, to take a nice bath in the water, and to watch the beautiful sunset in the afternoon. There is one restaurant called: "La Playa" is like 100 mts away from the house and you can actually go walking. You can also take long walks on the beach. But please, once you go Out or far away from the house, leave it close and lock, with everything INSIDE the house.
