Welcome to your fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse! This place has been totally set up for you to have an comfortable stay. All the beds, linens, comforters, kitchen supplies are top of the line. Prime location in the West Village only a couple blocks from some of NYC's top rated restaurants including L'Artusi and Via Carota. Three blocks to the Christopher Street subway station.

The space
Just a few disclaimers:
1. We are located on a busy NYC street, so you can hear at times traffic, sirens, people leaving the bars, etc. If you are light sleeper we would recommend booking a room in a high rise hotel instead.
2. There are stairs throughout the home.
3. Must be at least 30 years of age to book.
4. We verify government issued ID.
5. Do not try to book for 4 and show up with 8, etc. We have exterior cameras, will report to airbnb and cancel the reservation. We don't charge extra for additional guests, but have zero tolerance for exceeding our max guest count.
