Enjoy privacy in this spacious, 1st floor suite of our peaceful mountain home located in Midtown Ruidoso. Large bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, and separate private living area. Close to shopping, skiing, hiking, horseracing & casino.

The space
Enjoy approximately 450 square feet of tranquility in a smoke-free, pet free environment. This property is ideally designed for couples seeking a quiet get away, however we do accept up to 2 extra guests for an additional charge. There is a king bed in master bedroom and we provide 2 cots with bedding for additional guests. Guests are welcome to bring their own twin-sized air mattresses for additional 2 guests if they prefer and we can provide twin-sized bedding if needed.

Guest access
Enter house on main level via your own private entry. Our family resides on the 2nd level of house and you will have the lower level of the house to yourself. During your stay the hosts utilize a separate private entrance to the upstairs so you will have exclusive use of the main entry.

Other things to note
We have pets, but request that you not bring your own. We have one small dog that we keep upstairs, however it does not have access to the suite and is kept in the upstairs area of our home or is occasionally in the fenced yard to the side of our house.

We have lived in Ruidoso 31 years and absolutely love this beautiful mountain village! There are many recreational activities we enjoy - hiking, skiing, camping, bicycling, golfing, traveling, reading, photography, cooking, watching movies, concerts, music, etc. We are “empty-nesters” and enjoy opening up our home to travelers from all over the world. We consider ourselves to be friendly, kind, people-oriented individuals.
