The spacious deck features sleek glass railings for a completely unobstructed ocean panorama. With no neighbors directly beside you, it feels wonderfully quiet and private. Recently renovated cozy kitchen & living area. Just a short walk to the beach & restaurants.

The space
There is truly no better place to experience the beauty of the Lost Coast and Black Sands Beach than Mermaids View!

The Home features two beautiful bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and two full bathrooms stocked with all the essentials. The charming combined kitchen and living room is cozy, inviting and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal. We provided a few days worth of coffee & creamers are provided to get you started. There is a BBQ grill.

It’s important to please note…Guests will need to be able to walk down 2 flights of stairs to reach the entrance.

Guests enter in the home from the lower deck through a private entrance to the lower portion of the home. ( Not the first door you come to).
The owners will not be present during your stay. So you’ll enjoy complete privacy.

The large deck with glass railings is the perfect place to relax, whale watch, and listen the waves below. Imagine starting your morning sipping your coffee overlooking the ocean, playing games with friends, reading a good book or ending the evening enjoying the incredibly the dark night skies filled with twinkling stars.

For safety, exterior security cameras are located on the property. There are no cameras inside the home or facing interior spaces/private areas.

Guest access
You will park in a gated fenced in carport area.

Other things to note
We love pets and they are allowed and want you to bring them! We just ask to please be mind full and clean up after them! Please don’t allow them to run free outside, there are a lot of foxes, cats & deer in the area.

I ALWAYS KNOW IF THERE ARE PETS. I don’t want to ask for the fee. 😃

The house is a vacation house. The owners do not stay in the upper portion of the house when there are guests. So the guests will have complete privacy!

There are 4 cameras on the property for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside nor can the camera see inside. There are 2 in parking area, 1 on stairs 1 on owner door (ring) and one on lower deck.

There is a Public EV charging station in Shelter Cove. There are 4 Level 2 Tesla charging stations. Any electric vehicle with a J-1772 adapter can use this public charging station. Tesla vehicles do not require an adaptor. Located at 141 Wave Drive.

Please no smoking of any kind inside the house or there will be an additional charge.
