The space
You will find everything you need to be comfortable in this three bedroom 2 bath home. You have the whole place to yourself. Front driveway parking enough for three cars.
“The Polo House”is perfect for all but equine travelers delight in knowing there is a large fenced yard for you canine companion. (Approval required prior to booking)
Everything is fresh and new in this space. Beds are comfortable, coffee is provided along with all the shower essentials you might need for a short or long term stay. Enjoy the fire pit & BBQ in the backyard.

Please note: there are exterior security cameras present on driveway, front, & back of house.

Guest access
Guests have 24 hour access to the majority of the home, with the exception of two housekeeping closets and the garage. Other than that, you’re free to make yourselves at home wherever you’d like.

Other things to note
All of the amenities you’ll need are here, with a full-size kitchen, living room area with open concept design allowing you to make the most of your friends!
Newly remodeled bathrooms, Master has a king bed, with bedroom 2 a queen-sized bed and bedroom three a full size bed. A good nights sleep is important and we like our guests to feel comfortable and pampered.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a pet fee and must be included on your reservation. Sorry, no cats. Max occupancy 6 people.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is stocked with everything you can possibly need for meal-prep, aside from the food.
We want you to be as comfortable as possible while staying with us. Coffee is provided.

DINING AREA:
Open concept design plan with living room, dining & kitchen.

LIVING ROOM:
Our living room is designed for relaxation and socialization.

BEDROOMS 3:

Our bedrooms include a King, Queen & Full sized beds, Plenty of closet space.

Bathroom:
Newly remodeled Bathrooms with walk in showers and bidet toilets . We provide a variety of shampoos, conditioners and body soaps.
Our towels are white, fluffy and soft!

TV:
Located in all three bedrooms.
TP-Link Deco Tri-Band Mesh system (XE75.) Internet television is included, and WiFi is provided upon check-in.

SECURITY:
For your safety and peace of mind, there are exterior cameras monitoring the property 360.

The small-town friendliness, history, and beauty of the area worked its magic on me--I married a local and now we enjoy welcoming others to Aiken, too! I own and run two small local businesses, Aiken Vacation Rentals and Equestrian Ethos. My husband Jeremy is a social worker. We have a dog Atticus and cats Neville and Minerva.
