There are 32 steps up to the condo located on the 2nd Floor. For parking ONE spot is assigned and labeled by the unit #21, located on the left side of the building. Unit numbers are to be displayed at all times, cars should always be parked in assigned spots. Guests must retrieve the parking pass from the condo after check-in; upon check-out the parking pass must be returned to the condo or charges will apply. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations.

Other things to note
*Please note: During high tides there is a potential for the roads to flood. You may have to take the next road down, Carolina beach Ave, instead of canal to get to the unit due to closure of the road.
