The space
This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath modern farmhouse combines charm and comfort, offering multiple spaces perfect for family gatherings. Relax in the cozy living room or unwind in the den, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a large Roku-enabled TV. The finished basement offers another entertainment area with an additional TV, electric fireplace, and an air hockey table—fun for all ages!
The newly updated, spacious kitchen is ideal for those who love to cook, featuring modern amenities and an open layout that connects seamlessly with the den for easy conversation and togetherness.

The basement has a huge sectional, a large LCD TV on the wall and an electric fireplace.
The den has a huge lcd tv with roku and a wood burning fireplace and is just off the kitchen. The love seat is a sleeper sofa .
Guest access is an electronic keyless entry .
The pool has privacy fencing .
We have a basketball hoop in the driveway
The outside deck has a patio table and second level has a Weber grill and outdoor fireplace .

We rent to responsible families up to 8 guests
We will rent to a group of friends who are ALL 25 or older. We will request ID from all guests. No house parties inside or out
This is a quiet country home
We dont allow pets in or at the house
We dont allow smoking in the house
We provide a starter set for the wood burning fireplace only and guests must be able to open and close the flue when needed. The landscaper comes bi weekly to mow the lawn during the spring and summer ,this may occur during your stay . A professional pool company comes every Friday during the summer months . There is a pool robot that will vacuum daily . Please note the pool is NOT heated and is open Memorial day weekend until Labor Day . Hot tub spa is available for use year round.
There is wildlife in the area and you may see bear , deer , opossums , and groundhogs This house is located in the country..
Occasionally bees , crickets , spiders , ants or other insects may make their way into the house. Please keep the screen door closed when not in use.
Guest access
Everything except the garage , a locked closet in the kitchen and a locked off room on the second floor.
Other things to note
We rent to responsible adults 25 and up. All guests must be of age . ID will be requested. Maximum occupancy at all times is 8 guests and 5 vehicles . Driveway parking only. This is strictly enforced. There is no off street parking or you may be subject to ticket or tow.
Do not park on my lawn - I have a very expensive septic system that can be damaged
The house has a Blink camera system outside only.
We leave a starter set of wood , many local places nearby to purchase additional .
Please note there is a pool robot that cleans the pool daily , a professional pool company is there weekly . Skimming may be required during your stay . This service is not provided .
This house is not a party house and music cannot be loudly played outdoors at ANY time . We have quiet hours from 9pm
To 9am . No music at all at those times.
Please bring your own pool towels .
Bath towels are provided.
If the cameras are tampered with this is grounds to cancel the reservation without a refund . Check out time must be adhered to unless prior permission is given . There will be a free accessed for non compliance of $50 for every 30 mins . Smoking is prohibited - a fee of $500 will Be assessed for non compliance .
This is NOT a pet friendly rental - we do not allow pets of any kind . This is strictly enforced and a deep cleaning fee will be accessed for non compliance . Please note the reservation may terminate immediately without refund for non compliance with the pet rule . Owner is highly allergic.
