A spacious and colorful apartment, overlooking a park area. It is located in one of Oslo's oldest districts, known for its colorful wooden buildings. Only 20 minutes walk to the city center, or five minutes to the nearest bus stop.

You get a well-equipped kitchen, living area with TV and dining table where you can also work. Spacious bedroom with double bed, private sink and space for clothes. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

The space
Kitchen:
The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and also has a large window with a cozy sitting area where you have a view of Vålerenga church and park. Here you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and watch life outside. You will find a coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as basic cooking items. The kitchen has an induction oven, oven and dishwasher.

The living room:
