Take in the beautiful and serene mountain views from all corners and levels of the home as well as in multiple outside sitting areas. Get up close to our private 85ft waterfall* and enjoy feeding the Koi Fish. The luxury gourmet kitchen with expansive quartzite waterfall island entices even the most novice of chefs to prepare a delicious meal. If entertainment is your focus, venture to the lower-level game room which boasts multiple games to play both digital and physical, an 8 person poker table, popcorn machine, an intimate cinema room with 86-Inch screen and oversized comfy sofa to lounge and watch your favorite movies, or "The Arena" where guests can go head-to-head on multiple PlayStation 5 systems! Complete your evening sitting around the Solo Stove Smokeless fire pit roasting smores or relaxing in the brand new 7-person hot tub.

We recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle (and chains) when visiting during winter due to the unpredictable nature of the season. Our home is located in a well maintained area with a contracted snowplow company however, refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.
SEPTIC SYSTEM: PLEASE NOTE - We are on a septic system and not city sewer. This requires that absolutely nothing but the toilet paper we provide is flushed down the toilet. Please make sure each and every guest understands this.
VEHICHLES AND EXTRA GUESTS - No more than eight cars are allowed at any given time and no unauthorized guests who are not part of the documented reservations are allowed without prior approval. Anything more than this is considered a special event and we will have to charge an event fee. This is non-negotiable and we will cancel the reservation with no refunds should this be discovered to take place.
