Long term cancellation policy (long term defined as 28 days or over )
No Cancellation and No Refund for long term lease to avoid significant money loss from the host. Once booked for long term lease, we are committed to block those long days for the stay and block it from other possible guests who would like to book those days.
We require one month deposit for 3 months or more of stay. We schedule General inspection right after check out and we refund deposit after inspection, assuming , no damages of the unit noted and same condition as before stay.
