Remote location outside of town. Gravel Roads. Train runs through back of property.
The Cliff House perched on a hill side with floor to ceiling windows for a full immersion in nature.
About 30 minutes to Glacier National Park, 20 minutes to Columbia Falls, and 40 minutes to the FCA Airport.

Kitchen : high-end appliances, essential utensils, dishes and cookware provided, grill on property for outdoor use only. Please be fire aware. Make sure there's proper clearance and ventilation with all grilling use.

- No smoking inside
- NO trash of any sort is to be left outside the home

Unit #1 is about 200 feet away.
Unit #3 and #4 are on the other side of the property, acres away.
Please note that there may be other guests present during your stay; however no spaces interior or exterior are shared. The bedrooms have blinds provided.
There is a train that runs near the property.
We do provide fans for at night and ear plugs if needed.
This property is located on the backside of a mountain and is considered 'remote'.
Rental Agreement must be signed prior to your arrival or we will unfortunately be unable to host you for your requested timeframe.
WILDLIFE
- Wildlife is present.
- Bears, mountain lion, deer, and elk are very common to cross through the property.
- Enjoy from a distance.

- Your vehicle must include 4WD for the Winter (December - April).
- Our roads are plowed and maintained regularly during the winter season, however some snow and ice can remain after clearing.
- Note that travel times increase 5-10 minutes due to the advisory of slow speeds during winter due to snow/ice.
TRAIN NOTICE
An active freight rail line runs adjacent to the property. Units 1 and 2 are the closest to the tracks. Trains pass at varying frequency - sometimes several times a day, sometimes not for days - and sound their horn at a nearby crossing. Noise and vibration are noticeable, especially at night. We provide fans and earplugs in each bedroom. If you are a light sleeper or noise-sensitive, we recommend booking Unit 4, which is the farthest from the tracks.
