This wonderful apartment in Pérèybere, 1.5 km from the center of Grand-Bay, overlooks a beautiful white sand beach and turquoise lagoon, perfect for swimming and water sports.

Located on the ground floor, with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, the apartment offers breathtaking views over Mauritius’ beautiful northern islets, including the Coin de Mire, a local landmark.

The building’s roof boasts a large slate-tiled infinity pool for the enjoyment of the building’s residents.

Our property is in a prime spot on the beach within a quiet residential neighborhood. Restaurants are 50m away by foot and a supermarket 500m away by foot. The center of Grand Bay is a short drive away! Your stay will be relaxing and enjoyable. If you need any recommendations for car rental, attractions and restaurants in the area please let us know ! :-)
