The space
Enjoy a private entrance from your dedicated off-street parking space into your own poolside retreat with 380 sq. ft. of indoor living space. The bedroom features a California king bed, smart TV, dresser, full closet, and two nightstands, and opens directly to the patio. A standalone tropical cabana, fully air conditioned, includes a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, 3 in 1 Breville oven(convection, microwave, air fryer) toaster, coffee maker, sink, glassware, plates, bowls and utensils. Guests can also make use of the outdoor griddle top and 5-burner BBQ grill. The cabana is furnished with a futon that scissors out into a double bed, a smart TV, and a small dining or work table. A private bathroom with washer and dryer sits next to the cabana, while showering is offered in a private outdoor shower.
The heated swimming pool features a small waterfall and jets on the sun shelf, creating the perfect spot to relax. Outside, you’ll also find loungers, a cafe table, and a large stone dining table near the BBQ area. The lush tropical landscaping surrounding the property makes it feel secluded, yet the location is walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Two complimentary bikes are also provided for exploring West Palm Beach.

I was born in Missouri but spent most of my life in New York. I moved to West Palm Beach and purchased this home in 2004 and created the WPB Pilates Studio. In May of 2015 I retired and turned the Pilates Studio into a Cabana which can also be used as an extra bedroom. Over the years, I have continuously worked at improving the efficiency and aesthetics of my home. I am a bit of a minimalist regarding stuff. I love having what is needed where it is needed while avoiding clutter. I think the vibes or atmosphere of where you are living is very important. I have tried to create an attractive, peaceful environment that makes one feel good about where they are!
