Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
A perfect gateway home for the family or a small group. The beautiful sunset can be viewed from the raised deck or the private pier. There are 2 jet ski ramps and room for boat parking, so bring your water toys and enjoy this amazing boating vacation property. Nippersink lake is right in the middle of the 13 interconnected lakes that makes up the amazing chain of lakes. Enjoy fishing, utilizing the 4 provided kayaks or stand-up paddle boards upon request for unlimited water fun.

The space
This is a lovely home with a big open Living space including the dining room, living room and family game area. There are two sliding doors directly from this space to the outdoor deck. The front lawn overlooks Nippersink lake and has a firepit, hammock and other seating for enjoying the outdoors.

We are only 30 minutes from Great Lakes Navel Base and we welcome all families that are coming into the area to enjoy graduation.

Fireworks are set off for the 4th of July celebration right in front of this vacation home - so you can sit back and enjoy the amazing show from the comfort of your temporary home away from home.

Our property is toward the end of a dead end street. Many of the neighbors being vacation home owners are there to enjoy the weekends and summer on the lake same as you!

Lake Front Park just a few blocks from our home has a great Playground, beach, sprinkler park, volleyball, pickleball & band shell! Friday nights in the summer there is a
A band and farmers market.

The full house is open to guests with the exception of the basement and one locked closet in the kitchen.

Other things to note
House includes all towels, linens, and normal kitchen utensils. Hi speed Wi-Fi, games, cooler, beach towels and a few life jackets. We also have s'more making sticks and some firewood to kick start your weekend.
Available upon request and for addl. fee – Lily pad, kneeboard, wake boards, waterskies, tube - $50 per stay.
