The open-concept living area features all the comforts of home mixed with the whimsey of the magic of the Green Mountains. Relax by the stone fireplace, enjoy a book in the hanging chairs and snuggle in for the evening in one of two living areas.
Stream your favorite shows on the large screen smart TV, play a board game, enjoy some vinyl or create your own music on one of our provided guitars.
French doors open onto the beautiful screened porch where you will find yourself surrounded by trees, birds and brilliant stars at night. Enjoy a bug free evening sitting on our beautiful wicker furniture and breathing the fresh air.

The streamlined, fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream. You will find stainless steel appliances, a convection oven/stove top, quartz countertops, high quality pots/pans, roasting pans, rice maker, blender, air fryer & more! You will also find a selection of spices, salt & pepper and olive oil.
Enjoy our complimentary coffee and tea bar complete with a drip coffee machine, espresso machine, pour-over setup, and a selection of roasted whole bean coffees, Nespresso Pods, creamers, & sugar.
We supply everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast before a hike or scrumptious dinner after a day skiing.

You’ll also find thoughtful touches like black out window blinds, bedside tables, reading lamps, closets and dressers for your belongings. Details designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Indulge in a spa-like experience in our main bathroom suite. Enjoy the soaking jacuzzi bathtub & high-quality towels and toiletries — including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brushes & paste (just in case) — are provided for your convenience.
🌲 Outdoor Space
Step outside and enjoy 5 private acres surrounded by nature, where you’ll find Adirondack rocking chairs, a fire table on the front porch, and a beautiful Koi filled pond.
Gather around one of two the fire pits surrounded by Adirondack chairs for an evening of music & s'mores. One located directly behind the house by the hot tub and the other a short walk up by the pond.
A propane Weber grill is also available for your use. Unwind in the brand-new hot tub, a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. The beautiful private surrounding woods create privacy, peace, and beautiful views year-round.

🐾 Dog-Friendly Cabin
WE LOVE your dogs! Your well-behaved and house-trained pups are welcome here. Please keep your pup off the furniture and beds. If they must, please grab a sheet out of one of the dresser drawers to protect the sectional!
📍 The Location
Located just 12 minutes from Mt Snow, 10 minutes from the town of Dover and 15 minutes from the town of Wilmington. We are close to some of the best hiking trails, lakes and skiing in Vermont. Green Mountain Chalet is a perfect escape for all seasons. Hikes, kayaking & lake swims in the summer, leaf peeping in the fall, skiing & tubing in the winter and cozy hot tub nights in the spring.
We absolutely love hosting and sharing our spaces with your and your family. Our house is your house. Enjoy!

4-WHEEL DRIVE
HIGHLY suggested in the winter! The driveway to the chalet is about 100 yards up a slight hill. 🚗❄️
DOGS: 🐶
We absolutely love dogs and welcome them at Green Mountain Chalet. We only ask you keep them off the beds and furniture, clean-up after them and crate if necessary. No cats for allergy reasons. 🐱

LONG STAYS:
We require a mid-stay cleaning for bookings greater than 12 nights. There is an additional fee of $300 for each weekly mid-stay cleaning.
