Giacomo's house is very beautiful and has a great view of the Toscany Mountains. Our room was beautifully decorated and spacious. I strongly recommend Giacomo's house if you want a quiet and beautiful place.
Giacomo is very welcoming and will indicate you all the places that you should visit.
This place is truly amazing. The view in the house and in the area is spectacular, you can really experience the life in tuscany. The decor of the house is really nice. The bed, lounge area are very comfortable that makes you feel you just want to stay inside instead. Bathroom and especially the shower are really nice.
What makes the place more special is the hospitality of Giacomo and Rolly. They helped us in all aspects and really want us to enjoy our stay in italy by giving helpful guide on our vacation.
We will definitely recommend this place and will surely go back.
Simply gorgeous and feeling at home!

We had the house to ourselves and it was wonderful. the House is beautiful and has spectacular views. We were disappointed with the bed in the LOVE room as it consisted of two matresses shoved together that tended to swallow one of us if we got too cuddly.
The kitchen had basic spices and coffee available for use however any breakfast or meal needs a trip to the local market for supplies. It is a short walk down the road. Since we were there in October the pool wasn't heated but looked very inviting and the patio set up looked like it would be magical when used. (it rained while we were there) We had a very cozy fire downstairs and enjoyed the downtime of a rainy day. I would recommend this bnb and hope to return some day.
Beautiful house tucked away in the Tuscan hills, very friendly & helpful hosts. Good vibes all around! This was my second visit and I am sure it will not be my last.
We had a great time here; especially the outdoor space. The pool and covered sitting area is just what we were looking for. We had the room up on the top floor and it was cute with a small skylight and low, slanting ceilings. I had to duck in about half the space. It was fun for the short, two-night stay here. We didn't really use the kitchen so I can't comment on it but we did use the glasses and fridge. Giacomo and Rolly do a thorough job of outlining what things they do and do not provide and what things cost so be sure to ask if there is something you think you might need. (For example, each person gets a towel but no towels are provided for the pool.) The directions are spot on so be sure to have them handy when traveling here for the first time. After you've been here once it is very easy to find the second time; I thought the directions were confusing until we started along the trip and then it was perfectly clear. Internet was free and available in the sitting room. Rolly was kind enough to organize a tour of a nearby vineyard for us and drew us a map of how to get there.
What A wonderful place to be! The house, the rooms, the view, everything is great. Rolly was a very nice host. Driving up to the house was very exiting. The road is very steep! But, one gets used to it :-)
Because Giacomo was not there we could not have breakfast in the house, so we had to buy our breakfast and drinks in the village.
But, if we could, we would go back there anytime!!!!
We stayed for 6 days at the old house in Tuscany and loved every minute of it. The beautiful room and house, the terrace, the pool, the warm welcome of Giacomo and Rolly and the interaction with other guests. The views on the countryside are amazing every hour of the day. There is a lot to see and visit, but we also enjoyed our daily walk to Monica's to start the day with espresso, cappuccino and an Italian cornetto. We hope to return some day!
As all the other people said. Perfect.
