Ursula´s place is such a wonderful location. Uzes is on the doorstep and Nimes and Avignon short drives away. Ursula made sure we had absolutely everything we needed including accommodating needs for our two young children. We loved the interiors that were original and echo the antique markets and brocante of the area. Don´t forget to visit the wonderful pottery ateliers in Saint Quentin le Poterie, the local village and follow Ursuka´s recommendations on the local boulangerie and farmers´markets. The bedrooms are bigger than the photos illustrate. The kitchen was fine for light meal preparation. Thanks Ursula for a lovely stay - we will return.

Ursula's Mas du Sud is an absolute gem of a place - a lovingly restored property with plenty of charm and character - perfectly positioned just a 5 min drive from Uzes and 2 min cycle (bikes provided) from St Quentin la Poiterie. Ursula was a great hostess - both welcoming and discreet and even did our washing, which was an unexpected bonus. We will definitely be paying Ursula a visit again in the future.

This is a beautiful, large apartment within a house. It has been refurbished to a high standard, tastefully decorated and furnished. The photographs do not do it justice because the bedrooms are very big. There is a beautiful, large shower ensuite that is not shown in the photographs. There is also an oven and a dishwasher. Ursula is extremely helpful and will do laundry at no extra charge. The apartment has everything you might need. There is a good range of cooking utensils, crockery an cutlery. Ursula has been very thoughtful. Coffee, teas, olive oil, soap etc are provided. There are even three different types of salt, and many things to be found as pleasant surprises: Two brand new bath robes are to be found hanging behind the bed, a sewing kit is in an antique drawer. There is a large table in the garden where we had all of our meals. There is also another smaller table which we used for morning coffee. There are two sun loungers in another part of the garden, and you can use the swimming pool next door. The apartment and garden is very secure and has a parking place next to the garden, which is secured behind large gates. This is a very nice, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Two word review? Thoughtful owner. You can walk to Saint Quentin on a quieter road in about 20 minutes. The village is a 4 minute drive. The village has plenty of free parking. There is a small well stocked Carrefour supermarket and lot of potteries. The best excellent boulangerie is Le Fournil De L'uzège. The best restaurant is La Cuisine Du Boucher. There is small market on Wednesday and a larger market on Friday. Uzes is about 6 minutes by car.

We loved our stay at Ursulas Airbnb, quirky, cute French provincial. She made the four of us feel welcome and comfortable. We loved the outside area, a table for meals and deck chairs to relax under the shady tree. We were worried the kitchen was going to be small but it had everything we needed - we cooked in most nights. Great parking behind the gate and very secure. No washing machine but Ursula kindly washed out basket of clothes. Even though it was very hot the house was cool inside, there are coolers if needed and access to a pool next door. Perfect base for exploring the Roman ruins and a day trip with bikes to Mont Ventoux.
