Michael`s friend David was there to greet and brief us on arrival . The apartment was as you see in the photos , clean , comfy and well stocked with everyday essentials. It is in a quiet residential street within walking distances of some very nice recommended restaurants. We (ladies) loved the balcony which was great for morning coffee and evening drinks.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael himself when we checked out and had a nice little chat like old friends. We enjoyed our stay very much as it was a home away from home
A fantastic apartment in a great location - it was clean ,comfortable and very well equipped.
David met us and was so friendly and helpful.
The apartment is in a good spot for exploring park slope and beyond and is close to the subway - good cafes and restaurants in walking distance.
Michael's apartment was clean and nice and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great and the transportation was very convenient. Overall, it was one of the best airbnb experiences we've had. Michael was very nice and even had his friend David welcome us and explain all the details.
First of all Thank You Mi for providing such a wonderful apartment for us to stay in. The Place was gorgeous and a block away from the subway. David was extremely helpful and friendly to my fiance and I and he had plenty of food tips for us (We are huge foodies). Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. The stay was an astounding success and next time we visit New York you will be the first person I contact.
We loved staying at Michael's apartment! His friend David was very courteous and extremely helpful in getting us settled in, including arranging for a car service to pick us up from the airport and giving a great introduction to the apartment, building, and neighborhood. The space was exactly as pictured, great location in South Slope, close to restaurants, grocery stores, as well as the F, G and R trains. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely love to stay again the next time we are in the city!
We were received by David a friend of Michel. David is a photographer, has travelled to Europe and is just incredibly thoughful and generous. The appartment was as described, spacious, calm and absolutely clean and well looked after. We have used airbnb more than ten times this was our best experience. We will certainly stay in this place again.
The unit was very spacious, homey, very functional and comfortable.
Dave was wonderful. Communication with him was easy and he responded quickly. Upon arrival, Dave took the extra step and met us in Manhattan and rode with us to Brooklyn to show us the unit and then took a cab back into Manhattan for his appointment.
The neighborhood was safe. We often walked from subway after 10 pm.
