My wife and I rented this loft for almost one year while our new home was being remodeled. We had an excellent experience. It is located in lively Santana Row, with ready access to shops and restaurants. The area has become a magnet for both locals and out-of-towners. While Santana Row attracts big crowds, particularly on weekends, this loft is surprisingly quiet, as it faces away from the main drag. The loft itself is very comfortably appointed and gets lots of natural light through its large windows. Owners Ginger and Ray are very friendly and responsive, and are focused on meeting their tenants’ needs. Given the length of our stay, a couple of issues naturally came up, with appliances and plumbing occasionally needing attention, as it happens in any home. Ginger and Ray always had contractors lined up who took care of these few issues immediately. In addition, they provided help with luggage when we went out of town, and generally went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. They were also very flexible: we were able to address all scheduling and payment issues with them very smoothly. In sum, this loft is a great choice for a vacation in Silicon Valley, a business trip, or a temporary rental. I very highly recommend it.

The apartment is centrally located on the fantastic Santana Row it was well maintained with every facility you could wish for. Ginger provided every assistance to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable and maintained contact throughout .The apartment is in the heart of the Santana Row and is so well located for the shops, restaurants, gym and transportation to places such as San Francisco the property has a secure garage space too. Supermarkets and Westfield Shopping Mall are literally across the road . The row is an amazing place with so many restaurants and high quality shopping on the door step with Al Fresco dining or indoors if preferred restaurants such as the Left Bank, The Yard House and Maggianos are a must the row is classy and definitely the place to be. I would recommend the property to anyone and Ginger and Rays attention to detail make the apartment a perfect place to stay simply superb Peter United Kingdom

Santana Row, Valley Fair, and the Winchester Mystery House are located west of downtown and south of Santa Clara. All three points of interest are adjacent to each other. From downtown, catch Route 23. From Santa Clara Caltrain Station, catch Route 60. Valley Fair has its own easily identifiable transit center with bus stops for each route. Santana Row and the Winchester Mystery House are served by bus stops in the vicinity of Stevens Creek & Winchester Boulevards; ask the driver for assistance in using the best stop.

Public transit in San Jose (and the entire South Bay portion of the Bay Area) is provided primarily by VTA, which operates bus and light-rail (modern streetcar) service. Caltrain also provides rail service throughout a portion of Santa Clara County.
