Interaction with Guests
I am easy to contact if you need anything or just want to know the best place for live waterside music. Other than that there is little interaction on my part.
Great neighborhood with permanent residents and vacation homes. I lived here for many years and loved my street of friendly quiet neighbors. You are one street over from a beach access road and the Beach Pantry for supplies. You are also close to the new bridge for quicker access to Southport, Wilmington, Myrtle Beach or Shalotte.
Bring a bicycle for riding on the beach or the paved back roads along the waterway. There are also several taxi companies on the island. The beach is in walking distance as well.
Other Things to Note
Pets may be allowed and there is a small pet fee.
The Studio is in a neighborhood setting best suited for quiet guests wanting to relax and enjoy the beach. No house parties. If you do bring a pet please pick up after it. Thanks! - Enjoy.
I have lived on Oak Island off and on for 25 years. The island has a way of making you feel at home whether you are a visitor or a resident. I hope you will be as drawn to it as I am. My interests are food, travel and holistic health. I like exploring the nuances of a destination during the off season to get a feel for local culture. I enjoy providing guests with a space that I would want to stay in.
