- Mindful Neighbors: This is a ground floor unit of a 3-unit complex. Upstairs noise may be heard from time to time.
- Flight Path Note: The San Diego Airport flight path passes nearby; occasional airplane noise may be heard, but no flights between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am.
- Safety First: Exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices are in place for your security.
- Beach Ready: Complimentary beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys for your use.
- Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 30, and all adult guests must be over 30, excluding families.
