  • Brenda and John are perfect hosts and were ready with suggestions for our trip to Yosemite! The room was very clean, the property was adorable and the mountain views were spectacular! • Amazing location and hosts! The directions to the suite was very easy to find coming from Riverside, CA. The description of the suite is indeed what it details in the post. The cabin suite was spacious, clean, and bed linens & bathroom towels very clean. The small kitchen was equipped with the necessities needed for everyday use. We even BBQ outside one evening. Everything described was as I experienced.

The morning breakfast provided by The Eppler's was AWESOME. Fresh fruit, waffles, pancakes, yogurts, sausages, coffee & teas, etc. The Eppler's gave us recommendations for hiking in Yosemite. In fact, I'm so glad we took their advise as it was the best hike at Glacier Point. We avoided all the tourist busses and parking drama. Brenda put a binder together with so much detailed information of surrounding restaurants, hikes, and FAQ that I felt like it was my personal travel guide.

Overall this location is great and well worth every penny.

    Great location

  • I enjoyed my stay at Brenda and John's place. The surroundings are serene and beautiful and the place itself is very comfortable. They are both excellent and gracious hosts. The breakfast is a nice compliment to the stay. The location is about an hour from the park entrance and I'd highly recommend a stay here!

  • I have to say I was blown away by how nice the room and the entire bed and breakfast is that Brenda and her husband are having there.
What you can't see on the pictures is that the bathroom is very well equipped with more then enough towels and what ever you need.

Brenda serves a super delicious breakfast buffet with some of the best pancakes I ever had.
I can only recommend this place.

Make sure you know how to get there, as we didn't had any cell reception on the way to feed our (website hidden) maps.

  • Brenda's B&B was just delightful! What a comfortable, quiet, peaceful place! And Brenda is so friendly and welcoming and communicative when we arrived late looking for dinner recommendations after a long day on the road. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

  • My husband and I unfortunately only had two nights there, but next time we will make sure to book it for one whole week. When we first arrived, Brenda was very helpful about sharing the different places we can visit. The Oak Private Studio was very cozey and clean! We were very pleased with our stay and wished we just had more time to spend at the garden.

  • The cabin was great! It was much roomier and spacious then expected, also very clean and private. I would definitely stay here again :).

  • As a writer, I very much enjoyed the community space where I could plug into the rest of the world and knock out some projects. That, combined with the solitude I found in the detached cabins, made for a great stay. Plus, John gave me a few, short local hikes to stretch these legs out during my long, busy days. Thank you for your courtesy and the environment you've created!
