My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. We were coming from Yosemite, and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how scenic and beautiful the area was. As we rounded the corner to our suite, there's a beautiful wrap-around porch with sets of chairs to sit out and look at the mountains over the backyard. On the front of the door, was a welcome note with our name on it which was a very cute and personal touch. It was very easy to get into our room. There's a key lockbox that's next to the door, and your code is sent with your confirmation to easily enter it and be able to go into your room. The room was very cozy and inviting, and it was the first time on our trip that we were able to relax and feel like we were at home. About 6 miles down the road, there's a grocery store called Vons where we got some groceries and were able to grill in the backyard. I could write an entire review on the bed alone, and I highly recommend staying for that reason alone. Having been in a car accident three years ago, it's very hard to get comfortable and sleep well but the bed in this room was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it. Plus the combination of the soft pillows and comfy sheets made it that much harder! The backyard is beautiful, and has a cute little meadow in the back with two bridges that you can go and check out. There are wine glasses and coffee mugs in the room too so you can enjoy a glass of whatever it is you like on the back porch. One challenge for us with drinks was that there was no ice, but that definitely didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. We've learned on this California trip that wifi in the mountains is kind of like dial up. Not anyone's fault, but that seems common. I tried to do some school work, but couldn't get service on my computer. Brenda was a great communicator and always got back to me very quickly. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay! If you're looking to unwind and just take some time to rest this is definitely your place.
