Anna Maria is one of the most wonderful and hospitable people I've ever met. She really cares about her guests and always tries to be of help and to solve their problems should any problems arise. Just because of her assistance I managed to find an awesome flat in Venice, as Anna Maria recommended me to her friend. She is also is a perfect cook and the food she cooks is delicious :) I want to thank her many times for her hospitality and kindness.
The house itself is also beautiful and unique, and the location is fantastic. Would be really happy to stay there for a longer period of time and visit it once again in the future.
Irina thank you for your wonderful words, how to explain that the hotel booked through the internet was not in the center of Venice but in Marghera, what you have found out the night before leaving my house, and Marghera was not served by suitable means to "Venice full immersion" in two days, and that the case wanted to free the house of Venice my friend. Irina I really hope I have made a difference, because to me over time and around the world have often been loved and helped to make it lightweight and adorable my vacation, this spirit work together to Air BNB
We are enjoyed staying with Anna. She is so kind that giving us a lot of help, such as interesting places, ice cream store and so on. We would like to stay longer next time. Thanks, Anna.
Beautiful home, full of artworks. Helpful host, met us late in the night with delicious italian food - such a wonderful evening on the terrace under stars!
My experience with Anna Maria was absolutely one of my best yet. Anna is one of the most warm, kind and generous people I have ever met and her house is a beautiful environment in which to relax and escape the craziness of Rome.
From the moment of arrival I was made to feel rights at home. Hospitality and acceptance into her family and circle of friends was instantaneous as I was invited to join Anna in whatever she was undertaking for the day- be it a swim at the local mineral baths or a family lunch, I was asked along.
The house offers a beautiful view from the back terrace and internally it really is a sight to behold- it is decked out from top to toe in Anna's late husbands artwork which is truly beautiful and worth a visit to Zagarolo in itself.
Sadly, I don't think words can truly express my experience staying with Anna Maria, nor the kindness and generosity of heart she showed me whilst there. I can only recommend that if you are over the madness of Rome you take a few days to visit the peace of Anna Maria's home and her company.
You won't regret it.
Anna's B&B is located in the beautiful country town of Zaragolo, Italy. It was very easy to get there from the Rome Termini station, and Anna was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. We only stayed with Anna 1 day, but she was such a great host. She made us breakfast and lunch (which was delicious), and even though the day was rainy, we had a great time with her friend learning card games. Her house is also very beautiful, and full of gorgeous artwork. Anna even brought us to the train station at 4AM to catch the first train into Rome. She is such a kind woman, and I would absolutely stay with her again.
