MINUTES FROM THE NATIONAL PARK. Modern twist on a classic bungalow. Walking distance to downtown Fayetteville, shops, and restaurants. Stones throw from the best outdoor activities the New River Gorge has to offer. 1G internet, newly remodeled, quiet street, close to town, smart TV.

The space
The house is fully remodeled with airbnb guests in mind. All furniture and appliances are brand new. All beds are memory foam and include comfortable linens. Each bedroom has a dedicated closet, with one being a walk in closet. The bathroom is the center piece with a gorgeous large soaking tub.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the upstairs living area. The basement is only used for storage and is locked.

Other things to note
Please only park in the driveway and the gravel space parallel with the road. There is only enough space for two vehicles. There is NO ON STREET PARKING. You will be towed if you park on the street.
