Enjoy the comfort of this spacious historic second floor apartment next to the Bryan Theatre and overlooking the Bryan County Courthouse! It is furnished as a three bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms and so many amenities to make you feel at home. With three queen-sized beds, it will easily accommodate up to three couples. This apartment is great for traveling healthcare professionals or other long-term contractors!

The space
This is a huge 3000 square foot apartment with mostly hard-wood floors, natural woodwork and exposed brick. This space has a lot of historic character! The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable.

The living room is furnished with a full sized sofa, loveseat, side chair, two end tables, a coffee table and a 55" smart TV. You may log into your own entertainment apps on all 4 televisions!

The kitchen is furnished with pots/pans, dishes, glasses and silverware for up to four people. There is a full-sized refrigerator, flat-top electric cooktop with four burners and a full-sized oven. You will find a dishwasher to ease your cleanup efforts! A coffee maker and coffee is provided.

Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, fresh cotton linens, dresser and smart TV in each. You will find three walk-in closets.

There is a stand-up shower in one bathroom with a toilet and sink. That bathroom is accessible via the laundry room. The other bathroom is divided between two side-by side rooms; one bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a sink with mirror. The other room has a toilet with sink and mirror.

As you look around the spacious apartment, you will find two additional unused rooms plus a three-season room! The balcony is off-limits as the railing needs repair.

NOTE: All guests ages 18+ must either be registered and vetted by AirBnB or provide a photo of each adult's government issued identification via AirBnB messaging app within 24 hours of renting this property. This is a requirement of our insurance.

You will have access to the entire apartment on the second floor.

Other things to note
This apartment is on the second floor with 24 steps to be climbed. Although a banister is available, if you are not comfortable climbing stairs, please find a space you will find easier to access.
