Experience an Argentine Soccer Game
Argentine Football is great for its chaos and unpredictability - with my help you can enjoy the mayhem with none of the hassle.
Fixture lists & schedules are announced late, I follow the local football news closely and can pick the best game available each weekend.
We'll meet at a central location (Palermo) & travel the easiest, safest route to the game with the fans (BA is huge!). I'll give you context on the team's history and their current situation and which players to watch.
I’ll help you navigate the various Police & Stewarding controls and find the best point of entry as many access points are closed. Inside we'll be close to the action, a perfect view of the game, and just as importantly, the Ultra fan groups.
The Barra Brava are often illicit organised fan groups and a key to the occasion. We will be at a safe distance to see them at work, while not getting too close.
Argentine grounds are quite old and ill-maintained, while this is great aesthetically, it means they don’t have the best health & safety measures and a disappointed crowd can be impatient - again, I’ll be with you to ensure there is no trouble leaving the ground and home again.
Other things to note
You'll be safe but follow the guide's advice.
The match will depend on ticket availability and this can affect prices.
Photo ID may be required in advance
We may not need transport - so less waiting!
Live the passion of soccer
We will meet in Palermo or San Telmo, according to each match. From there we will go in my car to the stadium while I will tell you the story and particularities of the teams that play. We will know the surroundings of the court, we will share experiences with the fans of the club in the surroundings of the site. If it is of your interest we can visit a gallery or store where they sell clothing of the local club. Then, we will attend the football game. In addition to watching the sports show, we will live the true passion of the people in each of the matches. Truly the event will become something magical. We will see the madness of the fans in the front row and share the adrenaline and happiness with them. It will be an experience full of heat, music and color that every football lover must experience to fall in love with the passion of Argentine soccer.
At the end I will take you back to the meeting point.
Other things to note
You cannot leave Argentina without living football in this country. Much passion, joy and adrenaline like nowhere else in the world
Boca - A match at the Bombonera
The plan is to go see a Boca game in the mythical Bombonera. We met a few hours before the match, we take a brief walk around the streets of the traditional neighborhood of La Boca as we go into the stadium. There we watch the game and return at the end. We hope we can see many goals and enjoy the unique atmosphere!
Other things to note
It is a unique experience in Buenos Aires. For comfort reasons, do not bring bottles or many items in your backpacks.
Authentic tango experience with a dancer
Dancing Tango is an opening of the soul to the person you are dancing with, it’s a magical feeling that, when one feels it, one understands right away that it’s a lifestyle and also why this movement keeps existing through time until today, and that’s why people still live it in different bars and places around the city.
This experience is right for this! It’s not only seeing or knowing Tango… It’s undertanding it, living it, and, specially, feeling it!
And how are we going to achieve all of this?
We will go to a tiny and old mansion in the ‘tanguero’ neighborhood of San Telmo, where we can relax a little bit in an open air terrace, private to our group;
Then, we will take a grupal tango lesson (it’s not required, but recommended), when we will learn basic things about tango, so we will be able to dance with local people;
Now, let’s go to the milonga! The milonga is the place where local people go to dance tango regularly (private transfer is included);
Showtime!! Finally, we wil see a performance of a live orchestra or a couple of professional dancers!

Tango on the Town
Immerse yourself in the colorful, passionate world of tango! We want you to live it, not just see it. As artists deeply inspired by tango, we love sharing this hidden world with those who come to visit our city.
We will begin with a fun, relaxed one-hour tango lesson. Over the years, working with many students, we have developed a method that connects you in an organic way to the essence of tango. This approach is guaranteed to work – even for people with two-left feet!
Following the class, we will walk or take the bus/subway to the milonga (tango dance hall) where you will witness the world of those who live only to dance tango, not some made-for-tourists tango show. You will see why many people who dabble in tango soon find they can never leave! (You've been warned!)
Please note:
We will be walking between venues, so comfortable shoes are recommended. If rain is expected, dress accordingly. (Getting drenched in a Buenos Aires downpour is not something you'll soon forget!)
Appropriate Dress: We will visit a dance hall. Out of respect for the dancers, please don’t wear shorts and flip-flops.

60% of the way is done across green areas and 90% of the way is done across safe cycleways. The total distance traveled will be 16 km.

Bike Tour History & Local Culture
In our small group bike tour (max 6 people) with urban bikes (gears & shocks) we'll visit:
- Plaza de Mayo: the most important site for our history, the place of the foundation of BA
- Puerto Madero: the newest area in BA
- Costanera Sur: old river side
- La Boca: Traditional area in BA
- La Bombonera: Boca Juniors Soccer Stadium
- Caminito: Open door museum
- Mate tasting stop: enjoy the most traditional drink in Argentina as locals do
- San Telmo: One of the oldest areas in BA, bohemian neighborhood
- Plaza Dorrego: Famous square for its bars & street market
The bike tour will finish at the same place than the meeting point.
We'll stop at all the places we've already mention, to talk about our history and culture and what's interesting about the place we're visiting.
Then we'll do our mate stop, and we'll spend around 30 minutes talking about the drinking mate tradition. It will be a typical Argentinean mate session: we could talk about different topics, and of course, feel free to ask whatever you want, we'll be glad to share with you our local point of view.
Other things to note
I'd recommend you to wear comfortable clothes and don't bring with you big backpacks or big cameras.
Besides, this tour is not suitable for beginners. In case a participant couldn't ride, unfortunately they won't be able to participate in the experience.
Buenos Aires for curious people
Discover Buenos Aires from an anthropological point of view. Don't expect to just walk and listen: be prepared to talk, make questions and discuss about the past, present and future of the Argentinean capital.
Beginning in Lezama Park and ending in Casa Rosada, this walk offers you the chance to approach this beautiful city from its historical past in an attempt to understand its current present.
Who were the first inhabitants? Why were the British so interested in this shores? Where is the African-descendant population? Where did all these white people come from? What is the deal with Evita and Perón? Who were the "desaparecidos" during the military dictatorship? And why do we have such a big problem with the US dollar?
These are just some of the many questions we will try to answer in our walk through the most historical part of town.

Mate experience, tasting, ritual and sharing
We will meet in a beautiful store in Recoleta where yerba mate and mate items are sold. (The experience might take place at a beautiful patio in Palermo some days of the week).
We will sit around a table to favor the mate ritual. Through an introductory talk, we are going to tell you about the origin of mate and what it means for Argentines through our personal experiences.
Next we will explain how the mate is prepared, all the specific rules that are followed in the mate rituals, as well as the different variations in it.
Then we will get to work, each one will prepare their own mate, under our supervision and accompaniment. Then you will drink mates prepared by yourselves. (We are not going to share mate for hygiene and health reasons related to the pandemic.)
We will try different types of mate, mate with herbs, sweet mate, cooked mate and even tereré. Always accompanied by the typical biscuits that we Argentines accompany with mate.
If we are lucky a friend of the house might delight us with live piano music.
Mate is about sharing, talking and making friends, that's why we will do all this ritual in a fluid way and with space for that to happen.

Football Matchday as a True Fan
We'll go to see a game and understand how people in Argentina live football: our passions, our traditions, the meaning football has in our lives. We'll see the colours of the fans, hear the sound of the drums, sing the songs and hopefully taste a victory!
The experience is meant to be as real as it can get, and as different as to what traditional tours offer. We'll stop at a local bar on our way to drink a beer or soda before the match starts, hopefully surrounded by other fans singing pre-game songs.
Either me or a specialized guide will be with you at every moment, inside and outside the stadium so you don't have to worry about logistics, security or anything else: just enjoy the game. Also, he/she will provide all the information you need to know about that specific game you are watching related to the club, the players, the stadium or football in general.
When the game ends, we will return back to the first meeting point but if you feel like taking a taxi home we'll make sure you do this safely.
I will also let you know what colors to wear to the game and if you are interested I can send you a couple of songs to learn beforehand.
Safety: Matches are guarded by police and we'll only go to safe stadiums and neighbourhoods. I recommend to come dressed not too fancy and don't bring any expensive items. The program is kid-friendly as long as they are supervised by an adult.

This is the Airbnb experience with the longest navigation time in the Delta of Tigre.

Local Foodie Adventure in Buenos Aires
Starting in a distinctive spot in Palermo neighborhood, we will enjoy an "aperitivo" to get the night started and open our appetite.
Next, we will walk around some local spots in Palermo so you know the roots of the neighborhood and then sample some wines and local tapas in a stunning restaurant.
We will then make our way across the main streets in Palermo until we arrive to a local staple known as a "bodegon". This restaurant has been in Palermo since 1950's and it was completely refurbished recently so we can enjoy the classic Argentine flavors with a modern twist. This is one outstanding location with a history that must be shared to keep the traditions alive.
Our last spot is a traditional Argentine "parrilla", aka, steakhouse.
By the end, you will have eaten great food, drank wonderful wine and learned about Buenos Aires and Palermo in great company.
Of course if you have any dietary restrictions, don't worry! We will accommodate to your needs, just let us know.
Other things to note:
This is a fun experience for those looking to learn more about local culture through our food whilst sharing with locals and people from across the globe.
Important: With intense rain we will cancel the tour. We would let everyone know in advance!
